Minimum wage laws change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our data accurate and current, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, correct, or up to date. Wage rates shown may not reflect the most recent legislative changes.
You should not rely solely on information from Wage Place to make compliance decisions. Always consult a qualified attorney, HR professional, or your state labor department before making pay decisions that could have legal implications.
We source our data from official government publications including the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and state labor department announcements. We publish our data sources and update dates transparently at wage.place/data-sources.
Despite our efforts to maintain accuracy, Wage Place makes no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Service. Any reliance you place on such information is at your own risk.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to modify Pro pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
